Welcome to KiranAI Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website kiranaistudio.com and the services we provide, including AI video production and our AI filmmaking Academy. By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
1. Definitions
“Services” means our AI video/commercial/product ad production work and our Academy courses. “Client” means any person or business engaging our production services. “Student” means any person enrolled in an Academy course. “Deliverables” means the videos, files, or materials we provide to a Client.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services or enter into a contract with us.
3. Bookings, Quotes & Payments
Project quotes are based on the scope you share with us and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Work begins after we receive the agreed advance payment. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway.
4. Production Services
Each production engagement follows the scope, timeline, and revision rounds agreed in writing. Typical turnaround is 5–10 days but may vary with scope and revisions. The Client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, product images, brand assets, and confirming that they hold the rights to any materials supplied to us. We are not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete inputs from the Client.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client receives usage rights to the final Deliverables as agreed in the project scope. KiranAI Studio retains ownership of its underlying methods, workflows, models, project files, and any draft materials, and may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Academy course content is the proprietary property of KiranAI Studio and is licensed to Students for personal learning only; it may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or shared.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our work uses artificial intelligence tools. Outputs are creative interpretations and may vary. Sample and portfolio work shown on our Site represents past projects and is not a guarantee of identical results for every engagement.
7. Student Conduct (Academy)
Students agree not to share login access or course materials, not to disrupt classes or other learners, and to use the knowledge lawfully and ethically. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiranAI Studio’s total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify KiranAI Studio against claims arising from materials you supply to us (including product images and brand assets) or from your misuse of our Services or Deliverables.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for breach of these Terms. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
