Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for KiranAI Studio’s Academy courses and production services. Please read it before making a payment.

Academy Courses

Academy course fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because course access and materials are made available shortly after enrolment, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, if you experience a genuine issue, we want to hear from you. Contact us at info@kiranaistudio.com with your enrolment details and reason, and we will review your request individually and respond fairly.

Production & Client Projects

• Before production begins: if you cancel before we have started pre-production work (scripting, storyboarding, or generation), your advance is refundable, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, if any.
• After production begins: once we have started work on your project, the advance becomes non-refundable, as it covers the creative time and resources already committed. Any remaining balance for work not yet done may be adjusted or refunded at our discretion, based on the stage of the project.

“Production begins” means the point at which we start scripting, storyboarding, or generating content for your project.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email info@kiranaistudio.com or call +91 99289 11181 with your name, project/enrolment details, and reason. We will confirm receipt and let you know the outcome.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
